If items are damaged in shipment, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving for a refund or exchange. Items in original, sellable condition may be returned for refund or exchange up to 14 days after receipt of the product for a 15 percent restocking fee.  All items must be returned in their original packaging and properly insured.   Food items are not returnable.
